Got up with a niggling headache this morning, probably due to not getting to sleep until some unearthly hour

Dry here, washing out on the line and shopping done ...... now I can start thinking about packing...

Hi all. Sunny and beautiful this morning, 27 C (81 F), lower humidity. We did get very bad t'storms yesterday, downed trees and power lines all over again, but the worst of it bypassed my area, thank goodness. The roofer was here and the leak fixed finally, I hope. No errands today, just pottering about and picking a few ripe tomatoes for lunch.

Its my Birthday and ive had yummy chocolate cake!!! Am going to a local pub later for a meal with my daughter and my OH yummm it does the scrummiest food in the area.
