My mother broached the subject. "Err do you know about".

Moi, "Err yes i do"

Playgrounds were better than Wikipedia.

I had an embarrassing all of two minutes discussion with my mum. She felt so awkward bless her I told her I knew everything to ease her feelings. In fact it was the exact opposite I knew nothing.

We learned from our peers, I was fully aware and had ventured by experimentation into the world of the mysteries of sex and reproduction by age 10.

Re: Birds and the Bees

my mother called me and my sister a side , and made a joke of my Cousin who had asked her mother .. the facts of life

I looked at my sister and we laughed , to embarrassed to say what are you talking about .
I was 17 and my sister was 16 , my sister went to a library and got a book on Kama Sutra , She didnt tell me at the time ,I was happy in my ignorance ,but she lent it to me when I got married .

I remember it well. When I turned 13 my father took me to one side and suggested we had a talk about where the babies come from.
I said, sure dad, what would you like to know?

Re: Birds and the Bees

I was shown a cartoon at a British Forces School in Singapore when I was 10. It was of an army of millions of Tadpole like things with Spears attacking this huge Balloon and only one made it through!
Consequently for years I thought that if I did'nt burst any girls balloon everything was honky dory.
