If Money Was No Obstacle

I would go and look at the Sistine chapel (taking a private plane) then catch a plane if I have time to Paris and go sightseeing shopping (time allowing) and stay at the Ritz for a pamper

So, what would you do? where would you go? for one day and night if money was no obstacle.

That's a toughie June!

I'd probably invest as much as I could then reap the benefits after the day's over

If that's allowed lol!

Re: If Money Was No Obstacle

I would find everyone who has really pissed my off and take two ruddy nasty body guards. We would have a `little chat`. And then hire the best lawyers to get me off.

The sistine Chapel is wonderful as is the Duomo in Florence and there is that tower in Pizza

.
Paris?-see the sights visit Versailles-worth a trip

And Prague is wonderful.

The Ritz-I`m more a local restaurant sniffer-cheap and cheerful..

But just one day and one night?-Skegness-who would want to spend more than one night?

I would buy an Island off the coast of Kerry, get the best builders in and build a modern-day Castle with all the latest mod cons, a full household staff to tend to all the Family needs, and last a resident Doctor with two nurses,in case of illness. provided of course, money was no obstacle.

Tough one June - for one day?

I would hire that plane of yours and fly north to see the Northern Lights.

If more than one day was allowed, the list would be endless.

Yes, unfortunately you only have one full day!!

Old Git you seem well travelled! I would make a point of seeing the Notre Dame in Paris if nothing else.
And, I'm sure you would do something more worthwhile with millions of pounds just for the day without it involving intimidating people - it would be such a waste of your money when you could possibly in reality do that task anyway!!LOL
I couldn't possibly go cheap and cheerful in Paris - just not my style, especially with millions to spend!!

Re: If Money Was No Obstacle

Being very UN-travelled, could I get to the Canadian rockies and back in a day? I guess not.

Otherwise I'd buy a large house with plenty of land and get a couple of Exmoor ponies, one for riding and one as companion. Is that allowed?
