We live and learn

As a `leftie` I find those electronic sign for this machines difficult. Until today-this lovely lady said `just turn it upside down`

Re: We live and learn

Perhaps, if it's upside down, only those that live in Australia will understand?

Re: We live and learn

He says he is a 'leftie', that must be the clue, now what electronic sign on what machine? Is it maybe a payless transaction? Come on all you Sherlocks.
Or maybe he's a Jeremy Corbin supporter or a left handed batsman, which was a euphemism in my day.

Hi

Perhaps the ones used by the Post Office and Couriers for signed for mail, some of them are a nightmare.

Re: We live and learn

I think he just omitted a bit of grammer, so I've added the necessary and it (to me) becomes crystal clear.

Well done Losos! If we do not raise the question then the thread stood to be ignored. Yep! Those machines are weird, my signature never looks like mine because the plastic pen thingy just skids over the surface.

I'm a 'leftie' as well & I don't find them a problem. I just push the courier sideways so I can get at it.

Re: We live and learn

I'm a leftie and I don't understand this thread!
What I do remember is in the old banks there was always a pen chained to the counter and the chain was never long enough for me to be able to pull it across so I could sign my name!
It's a different world now.
