I love to see gorse and broom, a cheery sight and a good roost spot for many birds. Linnets and Yellowhammers sing atop of the bush.

Gorse is course, (spines) Broom is smooth.
Ps its snowing here now.

Lovely colour same as my Broom which has been in flower for a couple of weeks .
Do you have the red as well , my red Brooms not started to flower yet ..

Just starting to snow here , been snowing in Mansfield ..

Lots of gorse out here, and has been for a few weeks now. I've got quite a bit on one boundary of my garden - outside the fence

Don't they say when the gorse it out of flower, kissing is out of season (or something like that)?

We've had no snow (yet), but there's been a couple of hailstorms.

The pale cream gorse has been in flower here for 3 weeks and the red gorse for 2 weeks.

Nice photo. I like gorse, it always looks so bright and cheerful.
