How lovely!

There was no power when I came in from the greenhouse earlier. I checked the fuseboard was ok then phoned Western Power, a very polite gentleman answered within about 30 seconds and as he was taking details the power came back on. He said if there was any more trouble to phone back.
Within ten minutes another man phoned to ask if everything was ok and explained what happened and also said to phone if any more problems!
Great customer service Western Power!

Lovely to hear that Tess, I get no satisfaction at all from Customer Services usually, they drive me round the bend.

The usual problem is when they ask where I live, they have never heard of the place and their Autofill comes up with a place in Lancashire.
