A while back on the spur of the moment i decided to have a weekend on Mull. The goal was to see the White tailed Sea Eagles, the only British bird of prey ive yet to encounter.
In the end it was not to be, but i loved travelling around the island.
Mull is such a beautiful place ,my idea of heaven . I haven't been since the 70's.
My grandchildren were there in the summer, their Mother's best friend married a lobster fisherman .
I was there in September last year & also visited Iona & Staffa. Beautiful scenery. I wish my photographic skills were as good as your. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks folks, the carved bench is at the White tailed eagle viewpoint,it was featured on Springwatch a few years back. Mull is a lovely island and i would like to visit in the Springtime and spend at least a week there.
