Should I? Shouldn't I? Should I?
I have a gym at home.....ok, not strictly true....I have a weight bench in my garage.
Every time I go into the garage I think "I'm going to start weights again" but, when it comes to the crunch I find excuses not to.
I really need to a purpose, a goal.
I've got a bit Spanish over the last couple of years, it's always Maņana.
So, tomorrow I'm borrowing a rowing machine.
I'm going to put it near my garage door and place a bottle of San Miguel at the other end.
