Yet another hole in Osborne's budget!!!

Because Theresa May has (illegally) deported up to 50,000 students, they are now entitled to (a) Return to complete their studies, (b) could claim considerable compensation from the UK government. If they do, this could open yet another huge hole in Osborne's budget. I can imagine a huge gnashing of teeth in both the Treasury and Home Office, and Theresa May is probably not Osborne's flavour of the month at the moment.

I'd still give her 10 out of 10 for effort. I'm reluctant to gloat (unlike some) when her heart's in the right place.

As recently as February she was also told she couldn't deport foreign criminals either if they're the sole carer of an EU child.
It must be tough trying to be nasty.
