I am so tempted to...................

It seems there are a group of pensioners who tour their local streets and where they spot something in the road that they genuinely believe to be a hazard that could lead to someone tripping over and sustaining an injury, or something that prevents a mobility scooter from access, they use a a biodegradable spray paint in a luminous colour and spray round the offending area.

The paint can be easily removed, so there is no lasting effect.

On the theory that they stand to be prosecuted, they say " by doing this, we are saving our local council from the risk of being prosecuted by not dealing with the obstruction as we are highlighting it for pedestrians to see more easily".

Wow, I happen to think this is a fantastic idea and I am tempted to...........

Surely reporting it to the council would be best first action ? Give them a chance to put it right.

I do wonder if I should collapse in the road while out running instead of someone alerting the emergency services I might waken to find myself surrounded by an orange circle of paint!

Ha Ha, that made me smile Bob. I don't think that will ever happen to you somehow, no fear with all that running you do, they'd have to lasso you to the ground, can't imagine you staying still enough to collapse.
