It beats me why the Irish are so keen on living in the UK with English people when they love slagging us so much .

But as they say if all the Irish moved back to the auld country Ireland would sink .

The British did not however blow up innocent people doing their shopping on a Saurday afternoon a custom favoured by some brave boyos.

I'm not keen on living in Britain at all and would gladly return if I could afford it.

In answer to the question 'Why come here in the first place then?', you don't get a choice at 8 years old.

It used to be but with the conversion to the Euro, I'm not sure. For instance, if you pay 55p for your copy of the Daily Mirror, you would have paid 65p back home.
