Hi allI'm really mizz today - I have the biggest, ugliest, cold sore ever and have a lip swollen as if I've done 3 rounds with Muhammed Ali. Plus swollen glands under my chin plus a fair bit of pain
Isn't it stupid how little, non-serious niggles can make you feel so bad?
Ho hum - it'll be gone in a few days

Another lazy day here-we did go and buy a pint of maggots though.I keep saying I`m going to go fishing again-we went once last year and then Jenny got sick.
Tomorrow I just might dangle my rod in a river-who cares if I catch anything?-it`s the going out and watching life go by that counts these days

Hi all. Our string of glorious warm (rainless, alas!!) weather continues: 26 C (78 F) before lunch; loving it but we really need rain and none in sight. Didn't go to the library as I have enough to last the week so first trip this season to the farmers market! Always fun; little new potatoes, early peaches and cherries; listening to the live band play bluegrass music. Nothing much going on here, as usual.DM, sorry you feel so wretched! OG, wish I could come fish with you ....
