What on earth is a tool of a Macro Prudential Regulator and what is a macro prudential regulator anyway - was Osborne eating it at his banquet - he was talking of crunches. I'm confused

We had the same pre- budget mutterings over here earlier in the year PPH, and it all boils down to one thing, you are going to pay for the mess we got you into.

you are right there - bl**dy politicians and bankers. They only seem to want to make rich people richer.

I've heard lots of mutterings about people with children cutting benefits, school bus passes being means tested and income supplement being stopped. I dread it when it comes to us, a lot of pensioners are already on the lowest income, starvation levels here we come.
