You'll Never Guess What I Did

Last week hubby had bought two lottery tickets for the euromillions. He checked them both and one had two numbers and a star number, the total winnings was £5.60 Wow!
He gave me the ticket and said will you get the winnings through the week, and i said yes normally i would put it into my purse but because we'd moved the furniture around i just put it on the table.
This morning whilst getting his new tickets out of his wallet he said did you get the money from the winnings last week?
I said err oh? Then suddenly remembered that he had given me the ticket, i'd ripped it up and threw in the bin thinking it was a none winner... Too late the bin men came yesterday!

I'll never hear the last of this

I'm back now from walking dog with hubby and called at shop he said we need some loo rolls so get a big pack with the winnings i would have won... The bloody cheek of it
