Hairgrips

As there is no longer a Question Thread, are Hairgrips better than Cotton Buds for removing Ear Wax?

Re: Hairgrips

Some doctor (somewhere obscure ) once said you shouldn't try and stick anything smaller than a banana in your ear.

I never mess with mine as I have funny ears anyway.

Re: Hairgrips

I'd be scared that I'd burst my ear drum poking about with those two implements! I was told you shouldn't put anything smaller than your elbow in your ear!

Morti, I have just seen your post! Sorry if mine is repeating what you are saying!!

Re: Hairgrips

I always thought your ears are self cleaning anyway....doesnt the wax get pushed out by the tiny hair follicles inside the ear canal?

Re: Hairgrips

Why? Are your ears clogged Spitty?

I've never tried those ear wax softening drops you can buy but perhaps someone else here has and can say if they're any good.

You're not ... I'm trying to imagine any contortionist who can manage an elbow.

Re: Hairgrips

I wouldn't like to have my ears syringed either. I read somewhere syringing can cause Tinnitus??
