In the event of a Nuclear war - which country would be the safest?

I'd guess it would be the least likely to get attacked, or that plus furthest away from any that would.

Would anywhere on the planet be 'safe'?

Probably Tierra del Fuego in South America ... about as far away from major centers of population as you can get!

Thats a tough one Azz, I don't know about the safest Country, but perhaps the safest person to be with?, I'll settle for being handcuffed to the prime minister.
