Hi Painter. I usually get up between 4.30am and 5am but this morning it was 5.50am. It puts me back for the whole morning.

I must admit I was up at 4.30am this morning with the Cat screaming and being sick every where, so had to clean that up, decided not to go back to bed, stayed up.

Good morning all.

Diabetic retinopathy eye test at noon today. A different clinic and not a long walk back to the buses afterwards. I see it's a bright day again, so the sooner I'm on the bus after having the drops in, the better! If I put my long distance glasses on it is a little better as they are reactolite.
