Dreams

I have some really wonderful dreams but cannot remember all of the dream. So do you remember yours? Have you a technique on how to remember yours?

I rarely remember mine these days, even though I appear to spend most of the time I am asleep dreaming.

Re: Dreams

I don't know the last time I had a dream - but on the odd occasion I do, I never remember them!
I guess the only way is to voice record them or write them down as soon as you wake.

Re: Dreams

Its not remembering dreams I have a problem with, it's the ones that appear so real you think they actually happened and it takes a while to realise that it was a dream.

Re: Dreams

Doc I have some brilliant dreams too and when I wake up I can remember for a while but they do fade fast I find ...
What I usually do to keep them in my mind is I just keep running over and over the main bits of the dream that I do remember and it does last a bit longer that way.
If you like just keep a notepad by your bed and jot down the main points of your dream that you do remember, and how you felt as well when you woke.Lie there in bed a few minutes just going over the dream in your head to "plant" it there for longer..

Sometimes something will happen during the day that'll remind me of the dream in the night as the saying goes "that's just broken my dream".

Re: Dreams

I dreamt of Sylvester Stallone recently. No idea what it was about but he was in mind when I woke up.

The other night I dreamt I kept going for a wee, up, down, up, down. Really weird and so real. Eventually I woke up and thought Oh No! I've not wet the bed?! I hadn't, but my stomach was so full of needing a wee I just about made it

I don't like the dreams where you feel the emotions you are dreaming about...sometimes I've woken up and I've been crying - no idea why

Re: Dreams

I have lots for vivid, irrational dreams but only remember the last one before I wake, and that one for about a millisecond .....
