I hate litter I think litter louts should put on a litter cleaning chain gang.

Yes, well said & I agree.Our main road verges are covered in litter. What makes me even madder in the late Spring/early Summer they cut the grass exposing even more litter but never pick it up & it looks far worse with no vegetation covering it & it blows around if it's windy.
