Gunman loose in Cumbra!

Hope this character is caught soon before he shoots more people. It was on the 1 pm news on BBC just now.

It's awful isn't it

According to reports at least four people have been killed and several injured.

A body, believed to be that of the suspect, has been found in the Boot area of the Lake District.

Re: Gunman loose in Cumbra!

There are 12 people dead plus Derick Bird who killed himself and 25 injured.

It is a real tragedy following on from last week when two kids died in a coach crash.
My thoughts and prayers are with thse who died and their relatives.

I heard that on BBC Scotland radio at 5 pm that there were 12 dead, 25 injured and he took the cowards way out and shot himself!

My thoughts and condollences to the families of those who died and hope the others will make a good recovery!

Appalling tragedy. Got a text message from one of the nurses at the vets telling me that the cousin of the vet who looks after Hatti had been shot down in the street.

My sympathy to her and family, and all the other families who have been affected by this horrendous act.

12 dead and 9 in hospital, 3 serious life threatening injuries, and another 16 with minor injuries.
What makes a person lose it so badly?
The talk is about a family falling out over that dreaded evil 'MONEY'.
The people who have been touched with this tragedy will be in our thoughts and prayers all day.

Re: Gunman loose in Cumbra!

It's just awful. He must have been out of his mind, it seems it was totally out of character. How can the authorities know who is safe to own a gun and who isn't?

It was reported on the news that DB legally owned the guns and belonged to a gun club.

There were problems at work too, taxi's waiting for a fare for 40 minutes, taxi's just arriving joining the end of the queue and picking someone up straight way. Maybe it was a combination of events.

Very sad - and a man killed a woman and her baby yesterday as well.
