Grump about linens direct

Have used linens direct many times all slowish deliveries but nice products when they arrive, this time though they took liberties IMO

Took the money for the order day after it was made, 5 weeks later nothing had arrived so I emailed no answer, rang them this morning apparently the items are not in stock they don't know when they will be in stock, they will let us know when they do. No thankyou I will have my money back, oh OK but that will take 4-5days !

Thats really rubbish service Julie...why couldnt they have let you know they were out of stock when you ordered them ? They mustve known!
I wouldnt order again from them unless I was compensated for the 5 week wait and still to be told they were out of stock. Its not on.
