Morning allIt's hot here again, it started off cooler so took the dogs out later this morning. Attempted to wash the car and am now almost ready for work.
I am expecting my dog food to arrive at any time, will probably make me late for work! Good job they are very tolerant.

Still coolish here, mostly cloudy, 20 C (68 F); the warm up has been moved to tomorrow .... Slept in, did some pruning along the wall by the sidewalk where everything was getting rampant again! Wouldn't it be nice if our flowers and vegetables had as much vigor as things like ivy and weeds?Speaking of veggies, the potatoes are almost as tall as the tomato plants now; is that normal? First time I've grown them in the ground rather than in a pot

Evening all-hope you've had a good day. Had planned to spend some time tidying in the garden, but this morning it was quite chilly so went for long walk instead and this afternoon was no different! Too chilly for gardening for me-must be going soft in my retirement (please note I said retirement and not old age!!!!) so pottered about inside and then went for another walk and paid my Sister a visit on my way home before they fly off toGermany to spend a week with their Daughter and boys.
