Is age just a number?

Ok, following on from the sugar daddy/dating theme what's your opinion on age difference?

What age difference do you feel is acceptable?

Example 20(ish year gap)
Is 52 too old for a 30 year old?
Is 62 too old for a 40 year old?
Is 72 too old for a 50 year old?

When does an age gap like this become irrelevant, if at all?

Acceptable to whom?
It's nobodies business except the two people concerned, and if their feelings are genuine then good to them and good luck.

I agree ruthio, some see big age difference as something of an oddity.

I dont see a problem with an older man ,if I like him then thats all that matters to me ...I certainly wouldnt go looking for anyone younger than myself as its not my preference.
I think if two people have feelings for each other then the age gap doesnt matter . Its other people that have the issues with it

I don't there can be any hard and fast rules, as every couple are different and with their own reasons for being involved with someone.

Personally, I was never attracted my anyone younger than me. My first husband was 9 years older than me, and then boyfriend of many years was 16 years old than me. Even as a youngster myself, I found boys my own age too immature.

Re: Is age just a number?

Reality check here folks is, the older the man, the less energy. So, a young woman has to realize that fact. A young woman needs to be satisfied sexually and an older man is not capable of that. At least in the amounts per week.Lot of older men try to reflect the " macho " image, but in the end the young wonan gets a very cold bath. Because when there is a big age difference, those relationships suffer in the long run.
