Mail temporarily disabled
WTFlipping 'eck. My google account not just the mail but the whole account has been disabled. I am so angry, I could throw the phone down. (Who said that?) Anyway I can't get into my emails or RSS feeds or anything. I feel isolated, serve me right for keeping everything in one place. Anyone know any good RSS readers? Oh Donner and Blitzen I've even got receipts saved on there. sob, my life has gone.Has this ever happened to anyone else? I haven't a clue why they've done it.

Sorry, I can't help you either! I don't use Google mail although I have one but I forgot my password and can't get into it and although I did request them to send it - I am still waiting and that was last year!Have you got another e-mail addy - if so, send them an e-mail from it and ask why! I use BT/Yahoo and Hotmail!

Thankfully I've got all the passwords saved but it now means I've got to change all the email addresses everywhere, including here which I forgot. I have sent them a message but if it takes a year, well I've no hope. I do send emails to the same group of friends, just funnies etc but I can't see that as spamming. which reminds me all their addresses are in google mail.

I don't think the account is lost, just locked for some reason or another. If the message says 'Temporarily' then it could just be a fault that will eventually go away by itself. If the account has been locked, it might be best to get the existing account sorted out rather than make another one and change everything.On this page, there are some reasons why this may have happened and a link to a 'Contact us' form.

It may be nothing to do with anything you have done (see the first sentence in the page) but how large is the group of friends that the funnies are sent to? Perhaps that could be what triggered the problem.
