Should they?

Should scars be hidden do you think? Or doesnt it matter nowadays? Do you have any scars you keep hidden?

Re: Should they?

Well it rather depends where they are on your body.
Generally I'd say wear them with pride.

I find a scar on a man very sexy but maybe I'm odd

The bruises heal, the odd scar on the body heals-the scars others inflict on one`s mind and self esteem never go away

Re: Should they?

Hi

I have loads of scars, been shot, stabbed, blown up, quadruple bypass and a huge scar from ankle to groin where they removed a vein for the bypass.

None visible on my face, but the problem I have is that when I get a tan, the scars do not.

I look like an extra from a Frankenstein movie when I am on the beach.

Mind you, it makes me look a bit of a hard man, so nobody kicks sand in my face

Re: Should they?

I fell over at work late at night and cut my nose open, it was too complicated to get any assistance so covered in blood and tears of pain I patched it up myself. It should have been stitched up.
Consequently I and have a scar across my nose .

A few weeks ago I had a bad fall outside and cut my nose open again in the same spot , I didn't want to make a fuss so patched it up again and now have an even bigger scar
