Monday musings

Good morning!
Thought I'd start a daily thread as a penance for being a very much semi-detatched member for the last little while - I'm not sure where the days are going but there doesn't seem to be any free time for pleasureable but, err, usless? activity - wrong word but you know what I mean, I hope.
The day has started brightly and the forecast is increasingly warm as th week proceeds - hooray!
Dog walk and allotment today, with a smattering of washing and ironing I think

Hi, DM, AB! Nothing going on in my neck of the woods except dank chilly weather: 15 C and raining, will continue like this thru Tuesday, unfortunately.
Just pottering around, no news, hope all are well.

It's been a lovely day here so spent the afternoon in the garden. Managed to plant up two hanging baskets but won't hang them outdoors just yet as the temperature is still dipping at night.

Lovely day here as well and I visited the garden centre and went a bit mad with the bedders. May well end up giving some away as I now don't have enough pots for it all. Could buy some more pots I suppose - ah well another trip to the garden centre. Be glad when they have sold out - thats about all that will stop me

Walking in lovely sunshine this morning, then after dinner abondoned cleaning and painting for the garden. Weeded and trimmed some bushes then off for a stroll along the canal......enjoyable day in lovely weather.
