How fast can you run?

Hi

Well apparently we can run faster than a T Rex.

running? I seem to remember that from school. Best part of 4 miles through mud,hedges and hills. One got one`s `colours` but that was it.

If that was the speed of T Rex when he was enjoying a gentle stroll along the beach, I don't think I would fancy the risk of trying to outrun him!

Never been able to run fast
I was the one who had to knock the hurdles over on the athletics track cos I got fed up of doing the splits trying to get over them.
I was the one, during cross-country, on a thick foggy day, who vanished into the fog, cut across the field and came out as leader infront .... and when I crossed the finishing line with a big grin on my face the games teacher told me to go around the course again.

Well if I was with anybody else being chased by a T-Rex, I would only have to run faster than them not the T-Rex.
