RIP Colin Vearnecombe 1962-2016

I just loved his voice and he had a big hit in 1987
with Wonderful Life and it was by Black.

It was Colin who sang and wrote it and it is one of
my records I want playing at my funeral.

He died today after being in a car crash near Cork
on January 10th. Wrote a lot of songs for others.

His first Grandchild is expected on St Patricks Day.

RIP Colin aka Black I will always remember your song
and the great video they did on MTV for it. Anyone
remember the sea side walk he makes and watches
the big roller coaster do a loop de loop behind him.

In my view, Wonderful Life epitomised the eighties' romantic ballads with its laid back style.
