Cordless Hoover vacuum cleaner

My sister bought one of these in the sales just after Christmas. It was on display in Debenhams and was reduced by £100 as it had been a display model. She was thrilled to bits as you can imagine.
Got it home and unpacked it all only to discover the recharge lead wasn't in the box. Presumably it had been used while the machine had been on display and either mislaid or lost or whatever. Anyway....
Calls to Debenhams achieved nothing except the promise of a full refund. Calls to Hoover didn't achieve anything either.
Apparently John Lewis won't stock Hoover any more as the after sales service is so abysmal.
You'd think someone could've told her the type of charger lead required and she could've bought it on Amazon.
I told her I'd ask on here in case anyone has one and can tell me the type of lead she needs!!

Ruthio type in the name and model number of the hoover on to Google and you should be able to find the specifications.
