What do I do now ....?

The freezer was fitted, I then come to fill in the guarantee form - they want the serial number of appliance. Well I can't see it can I, at the back of freezer.
I Emailed AEG - as they must have a record, no response
I guess I fill it in anyway and state I can't see the bloomin serial number.
They should have stamped the bloomin number on the guarantee form - but no - takes a bit a thought to do that

may well be inside on the door shut area. they put serial numbers in strange places now or on the inside of the door

Your experience reminds me when I bought a TV awhile ago. They told me that once the TV was installed, to fill out the form and mail it. That within a few weeks I would get a rebate of $100.00. Never got the rebate, only a letter saying that the rebate does no longer apply. Which is the case of most rebates offered.

Oh dear Patsy as Bazzer says it is usually on the door or inside somewhere. On my Bosch it is on the side by the veg box.
I bought a new Dyson recently and they have it on the back on the form which is useful .

Well it is for me, Dinah.
I'm not even interested in the serial numbers of other peoples' freezers, so why the hell am I reading this thread anyway?

I could be outside counting trees or looking for dog-ends.
