Divorce again

I see in the paper that Cheryl Cole is getting divorced again.
She says she "got swept away by a whirlwind romance."

Do you think it's the lifestyle that makes many 'celebs' marriages fall apart so soon? It must be difficult if you are both constantly travelling, and mixing with glamorous people all day, they can't have a normal homelife, or spend much together surely.

On the other hand, some marriages last because they are not together all day and every day. A friend of mine's was like that. Her husband used to be away at sea alot, but they were (and still are)very happy together.
I remember her flying out to be with him on his ship for their silver wedding anniversary.

Money really doesn't buy love though, does it.

Thrilling lusty affair does not necessarily make for a good marriage.
Marry in haste...and all that.

I dont think its love to begin with anyway as I truly believe if you love someone you will work around any other obstacles in life. I dont believe its their lifestyles cos there seems to be no such thing as a compromise with a lot of these celebrity couples,they both want the limelight and not one is willing to give of their time for the other ,so I dont believe it true love at all.

I have just been reading about Cheryl and her divorce. It says it is about her spending more time with her dogs and friendship with other men that is the problem.

I think with any marriage you have to work at it. Some people in high profile marriages make it work while others do they walk away too soon.

You can never know what really goes on.

They seem to give up too easily to me but the media don't help. We all need privacy when things need working on and with cameras catching every expression I don't think they really stand a chance.

I don't think she's ever got over Ashley Cole, even though he treated her like shit.

I get the impression that she's not only dim, but dull, so she's only got her body to fall back on .....
