Seems the 'nasty party' may not be able to get his proposed Trade Union Bill through Parliament.

I quite agree and it will seriously threaten Labour Party funding while there are no such constraints on business funding the Tories! It could be said to be gerrymandering?

How can it be Illegal.

Its Parliament who pass laws that make things illegal.

Because, ss it conflicts with existing legislation. If you bothered to read.

EHRC member Lorna McGregor said: “As it stands, the Trade Union Bill is in danger of imposing potentially unlawful restrictions on everyone’s basic human right to strike.

“Joining a trade union and peacefully picketing outside workplaces is a right not a privilege and restrictions have to be properly justified and proportionate.”
