I have two.
The end of the 70's and the arrival of Punk, some really great looks and not too expensive. A little imagination, scissors and safety pins usually created something very original.

Then the rebirth of the Mod era. Smart suits and casual wear, pride in your appearance with the two tone suit and/or Fred Perry shirts.

Re: What was your favourite fashion era..

I can't say I have any favorite fashion era. I mean, when I look back and see the kind of clothes I wore, like bell bottoms or the disco era, I grab my head and say.. " What the hell was I thinking ? " So, I am happy how I dress today. Who knows if 15 years into the future I might regret it again big time

I used to frequent antique clothes shops a lot 'back in the day'
and bought the most gorgeous Victorian satiny/lacy type cape. I wore it so much the material disintegrated

No-one's mentioned mini skirts and long thigh socks or platform boots yet

Bet the bus conductors loved their jobs when females went upstairs.
