And please don't tell me not to watch - SWMBO's choice.

The bumbling Brit detective (either one), the condescending depiction of local law, the stereotype roles, the cringe-worthy dialogue ..... ugghhh
The characters are, to me, just not believable - can't possibly relate to them.
And the plots and the acting ................ oh god help me !
FAR from the best of British drama.
