Government's 'workfare' = slave labour!!!

I agree there is nothing to be gained from sitting at home when unemployed, any sort of work will help to maintain paersonal fitness and work ethic ready for employment in some form at some future time. An excellent idea on so many levels.24-12-2015, 11:13 AM

The problem is looking for work is a full time job in its self. Take time for these schemes unless there is employment at the end of it you are really extending the period the person is out of work.
