Ugh, can't abide mince pies ( dead flies in jam).
The smell would put me off driving!
Nice Christmas tree smell would be lovely or that American smell you get by the Yankee candles in the garden centres. Apples and cinnamon, I think it may be.

So far I have made 6 dozen mince pies and two batches of mincemeat (with organic fruit soaked in rum) most of which the family have consumed I have enough mince meat left for another 18pies then I am done

I wouldn't dream of buying them, the last one I had that someone had bought tasted like sweet sawdust.

I've also made 6 dozen mince pies and have them in the freezer now. I didn't make my own mincemeat though Meg, I bought the luxury mincemeat from Sainsbury's which is quite moreish . Yours sound mouthwatering!

No No No not for me. Those air freshner thingies are deadly on the old nasal passages. I would be sneezing all over everyone mince pies..and we can't have that, can we
