Banksy is very good, not sure I would call him a genius though.
His skill at marketing himself is exceptional

I think not Malcolm by the same token are you also saying you have to be able to play an instrument to appreciate music, to cook to enjoy food or to garden to enjoy flowers

Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni is someone I would call a genius of an artist , Banksy is good at sketching.
