Re: Weather

Stay inside and stay warm!

It's already white here, but snow on Christmas day makes it a perfect White Christmas!

Re: Weather

Still a rare occurrence up here in Northumberland, but it does make Christmas feel a little more festive. As long as it goes the day after Boxing day i can live with it.

Re: Weather

We've had snow lying over Xmas, but no snow falling on Xmas day itself. This is from 2009.

I'm several hundred miles further south from you, but we too had a 'rough' winter in 2009.

Re: Weather

I remember a few bad winters when I lived in Hampshire. When snow came, people would head for Butser hill for a spot of skiing or tobogganing.
