Have not done much Meg since my hands are now very painful, possibly a side effect of the medication i now take (statins), only have a couple i was working on but cant seem to get round to doing any more work on them.

I thought the same way Shirley set myself unrealistic expectations about what i could achieve, these are just sketches or doodles, a level iim happy with. Mostly from my own photos which i set out to copy. Does not impress the more arty members but i enjoyed doing them so time well spent.

Although it must be nice to 'impress', the main thing is your own peace and satisfaction which you obtain from doing your artwork, Nom. Well done.

Your drawings impress me Nom, I tried to draw once but the results were laughable.

My granddaughter has now taken an interest in drawing (by copying photos) and this is one of her first efforts....

That is excellent Mags, by the time i got interested i had already lost mobility in my hands. Think i would have liked to have started at a young age.
