Finally Friday

Kind of late for a daily thread, but didn't see one, so..



Big change in the weather: from way above seasonal to way below. Only a chilly 9 C (49 F) here with very brisk winds; front came thru last night with needed rain but really dropped the temps .... boiler has cut on and Leia's back on the radiator after a surprised trip to the porch! And I'm back in jeans, sweater and not barefoot..
To the market . no gardening today, methinks.

It's been sunny and fairly hot here, just right for lounging in a garden chair with my afternoon cuppa!

I'm jealous! It's only warmed up to 11 C, a good day to stay indoors because of the howling winds!

It has been a lovely day here, I managed to clean the drive way with the power washer this morning before going to work.

It was fairly hectic, the children are still on holiday, it can be very trying!!

Lovely walk this morning-surprised at just how quickly the buds are opening on the trees. Then it was off to work to look at the sunshine from the office window. Will be taking full advantage of the good weather over weekend...get the washing out, do some gardening and then some relaxing with a cuppa and a good book...what more could I ask for.

It turned out a lovely day after a grey start! Supposed to be good tomorrow! Hope so!

Its been a lovely day here , been in the garden most of the day, weeds and grass seem to be competing as to which can grow the fastest.
