LOL I can just imagine the pickle youre in Toffee hehehe....when I put my lights away each year I always wrap them around a piece of cardboard so to keep them tidyish and not knotted for the next year.
This year I cant get my things down from the loft so will be having a centrepiece of fairy lights (battery ones) in a large glass vase

I think fairy lights are akin to wire coat hangers, they do their own thing when you put them away

have to agree they can be a test of patience to untangle; so much so that I have known people who when they take their decorations down throw them away!

Welcome to the world of husbands.
The sorting, untangling and swearing at the fairy lights.
We leave these mammoth tasks to you and we are incapable.

We were fed up with the lights being tangled and not working so bought a fibre optic tree. So much simpler to put together and very pretty too. That's assuming you're talking about tree lights, we don't have any others now.

I have this awful feeling I got fed up and threw them in a box last year. Is it Tesco that's doing the light untangling service?
