I think you're original idea was best Mags - chocolate is bad for you unless we're talking really really small amounts - so small that it would be torture more than anything else lol

A lot of the 'science' these days is funded by big companies. Whenever I see these claims I look to see who'll benefit first and foremost

That's the problem, I'm not the type of person who can just have a tiny nibble of chocolate!
