Thousands of Scots lost Their jobs 20 odd yrs ago when Thatcher got rid of the steelworks and coalmines..We survived then,and We will again.

I think atomic bombs are only a deterrent if you are prepared to use them and I shudder to think where that might finish up.

Trident is an expensive hobby, but so is Scotland.

No, I am not foolish, far from it.

I was a WMD Specialist, I know exactly the results of using them, which is why I am totally against Trident, I repeat, it is a hobby, making Politicians feel important.

It is not even a UK Deterrent, we cannot launch them without prior approval from the USA, so wrong.

We should follow the lead of the French, a totally independent Nuclear Deterrent. ours and ours alone, leave us be, we will never attack first, but attack us and suffer the consequences.

Scotland needs to go, far more expensive per head of population than we pay the EU.

We cannot afford to keep subsidising it, Scotland is, on it's own, a Third World Country.

Let it go, I would vote for Independence for Scotland, given the chance.

I do not want my taxes paid to the Scots, it costs me too much to subsidises them.

The reality of the situation is this.

Scotland is not economically viable, better to let them go.

On the other hand, Yorkshire is economically viable, so independence for Yorkshire is a far more attractive proposition than independence for Scotland.

The sooner Nicola gets her way, the better for the English, we would be quids in profit, Trident or no Trident.
