Short Holiday

Hi

A short break, 6 days starting tomorrow.

Auchswitz then travelling around, first trip abroad since my operation.

Really looking forward to it, but it will be my first ever trip with Ryanair, I am told that they are not very good,

All packed, just got to do a 200 litre water change on my tropical marine aquarium and feed the corals then that is that.

Instructions left for the two friends staying to look after my house and fish.

I am like a kid waiting for Christmas.

Hope you have your tissues packed for Auchswitz it's a very eerie and sad place to visit..
I'm sure you'll enjoy your holiday though if your travelling to other places

My husband visited Auchswitz when he was stationed in Germany many years ago . He said it was totally silent , no sound of bird or insect .
With the passing of time this may not be so now.

Never been to Auschwitz but have been to the Eagles nest where they have a museum devoted to the Halocaust. I had to come out I found it too distressing.
