Plant with rounded side up, or concave side up?

convex side downwards/concave side upwards.

Thankyou solo. Clever girl.
Some of the tubers look much the same both sides so its not always easy to tell.

The top side of the tuber usually is rough, bumpy or has nodules, and this is where flower and leaf stems will sprout from. The bottom is round and very smooth.

I never have much luck with these no matter which way up they go.
I bought some ready planted in a basket last year and have resurrected them, I'm hoping they'll flower, they were lovely last year and I do love cyclamen.

If I get a good show, I'll try and get a pic in the new year.
I have some in flower now, but the new ones are Feb/March flowering, so hopefully a nice bit of early colour.
