Immune system shot to hell

Since getting the flu jab last November I've had 4 colds, . . I was working outside yesterday, it was sunny but with a cold breeze, I now have another dose of the cold, I may have picked it up from someone else but this is doubtful, . . I never had colds as regular as this prior to getting the flu jab so that'll be the last time for me.

Try some vitamin D Nero - I don't suppose you get much of that up there!

I shall take your advice Azz, . . . but I don't think I'm pregnant and I have no aches or pains.

I'm also a believer in Vitamins C, D and a pre and pro biotic. Knock wood, haven't had a cold in years!

I've read that there are more than 1000 rhinoviruses, which is why you can keep getting colds as your immune system doesn't have antibodies to a new one. I assume that's one reason I rarely get colds, although I did when younger because I've ridden public transit all my life and obviously have been exposed to the commoner ones.

Perhaps then that's why I don't get them so much these days as I used to get a cold a month from November to March when I was younger...

It's always made sense to me. Suey. I got them a lot as a child, then less and less as I got older.

I don't take any vitamins and I have the flu jab every year and I don't get colds hardly at all, mind you, I don't mix in large crowds very often and I don't use public transport.

My anti bodies must be OK, . . I cut my thumb rather deeply 3 days ago and it's almost healed.

Antibodies react to invaders: viruses, etc; it must be your clotting factor that's good. You don't take Coumadin or aspirin or other blood thinners, do you?
