Christmas too soon

I saw on telly tonight on Channel 5, they were showing Michael Buble's Christmas Special!!!
Don't know about anyone else, but I certainly don't want to watch anything like that just yet.

It was followed by another programme about a man who put's 1 million christmas lights on his house! Nutter.
(I didn't want to see that either).

That sounds like my neighbour Mups the front of the house will be lit up from mid November

Same here - supermarkets already have Christmas cakes on sale. And a few days after Christmas they'll have Easter buns on sale.

There is a house down in the village that goes mad with lights outside - santa's, snowmen, reindeer etc., I think those things just look cheap and tacky and are not at all in the spirit of Christmas.

Seems to come earlier ever year doesn't it, Mups?

I start making cards early just because I have so many to send but, other than that, I wish they would wait until December to start their 'Jingle Bells' themes.
