Good morning all. It’s a lovely bright day here – I’m looking forward to walking in the Derbyshire Dales later.It’s good to be free from back pain at last but I’m taking it easy as I still get the odd twinge. I bought one of those back supports that sports people wear…

buenas dias all. Some cloud around this morning but still feeling very warm. A chance of some rain, according to the weather forecast, no surprise there though as our friends from Norfolk return today for a couple of months, almost always they bring some rain with them. Today my friend and I are skipping the brain scrambling lesson, we decided we needed a day to attempt some brain unscrambling with an easier exercise, i.e. retail therapy. Have a lovely day all.

Good morning fellow members a lovely sunny day here and I am stuck at home waiting for the washing machine repair man to arrive. He will ring half an hour before he comes so a lot of hanging around in store.I removed the bedding plants yesterday and put the winter bedding in so hope to mow the lawns when it dries up a bit.
We had wind and rain last night and I can't believe the number of leaves which came off the trees, it really does look like Autumn now
