I have noticed that many times Doc. If there is a fire or accident on one soap you often find another will have similar.

Strange you said that Maursey, the wife's favourite soap 'Fair City' has just ended with a car smashing into a pub and going on fire.

Easy answer, don't watch the rubbish. They only put on what small minds want to look at.
Notice Cowell has been given two weeks to pick X-Factor up or else. Let us hope it is or else.

Re: Why do soaps have to copy?

Doc, the Emmerdale storyline with Sarah has been going on for a number of years. They have probably had her 'being ill' to show Emma for what she really is...a nasty piece of work. She altered the electronic results of her recent test, causing Debbie to return the girl to hospital for more. In time, it is hoped the hospital will realise that their original results shouldn't have flagged up concern and question the GP practice.

We don't know why Corrie has introduced the storyline. But yes, they do copy and you often end up wondering which one you're watching!

Perhaps what you watch is rubbish to some. It would be awkward if we all liked the same thing. Gosh we would all be fancying each others partners

They should have kept "Top Gear" then, nobody copied that storyline.
