My mum and a friend are visiting for lunch today so Mrs P is doing a full lamb roast with lemon meringue for pud, yum yum...

Good morning all. I've woken up with back pain yet again.
I'm going to dose myself up with co-codamol and have a little trip to the garden centre with Chris the friend I usually go walking with.
